Specific Requirements for this job :

• Male / female, maximum 35 years old.
• S1/S2 degree major in Psychology, Law, Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR area holding the same position or job.
• Good knowledge in human resources area such as personnel administration, compensation and benefit, recruitment and selection, training and people development, industrial relations, and human resources management system and implementation.
• Good understanding of manpower regulation.
• Strong skill in human relation and networking.
• Strong leadership and communication skill, self starter, initiative, and good personality.
