Requirements:

2. Sales & Account Manager
Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
• To assist Marketing Director and/or General Manager to achieve overall companies sales target by at least achieving the assigned sales target.
• To ensure smooth and proper work flows and maintain good and continuous relationship with the assigned accounts as well as continue searching for potential new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• To proactively look for opportunities in order to develop new key accounts to ensure that the assigned sales target are met or even exceeding.
• To implement and comply with the set sales strategy, policies and procedures/processes in order to effectively and efficiently meeting tender criteria and timely submission.
• To establish and maintain strong relationship with the assigned accounts in order to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and trust for continuation of existing customers.
• To monitor sales performance and provide regular valuable reports to Management Team.
• To monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to Management Team.
• To liaise with project director, project managers and other key personnel in the project team as well as the Admin Executive in order to maintain an updated project related information and corporate related matters, especially when preparing tender documents.

Requirements:
• Graduate in Marketing and/or Telecommunication. Preferably graduate from Telecommunication with Master Degree in Marketing.
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Having good interpersonal skill and communication
• Good English proficiency
• Good presentation skills

3. RNP Manager
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for project execution and reporting
• Supervise and work together with RNP team leaders in day to day project execution
• Responsible for Project budget, control and monitoring
• Liaise with customers on the RNP matters
• For the existing project, is to manage customer expectation and leading the communication with the customer on RNP project
• Also ensure to obtain the PO on the work that we are doing and on time invoicing
• Actively involve in proposal/bids and RNP Biz Development
• Work together with HR on Resource planning and Recruitment
• From time to time, there will be certain involvement on the overseas projects/bids and project deployment

Requirements:
• Graduate in Marketing and/or Telecommunication. Preferably graduate from Telecommunication with Master Degree in Telecommunication
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Having good interpersonal skill and communication
• Good English proficiency
• Good presentation skills
• Minimum of 8 years experience as RNP Manager in the telecommunication industries, both with providers and vendors
