PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT :
IPUS is a comprehensive 3-month development program for students aimed to prepare you in entering the professional world. This program will allow you to experience:

• Basic Orientation & Plant Tour for 3 days
• Assignment to Division (Project Assignment) for 3 months
• During the program you will also being close monitored by HR and get several benefits such as, pocket money, uniform, and lunch. At the end of the program you can be recommended to follow the TBMP.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final yiear student of Majoring in Engineering, Economy, Psychology and Social & Public Relations (mahasiswa tahun terakhir jurusan ilmu teknik, ekonomi, psikologi, sosial).
• Willing to work full time for 3 months.
• Preferably those with GPA>3.00 (scale of 4)
• Preferably of age are max. 23 years-old
• Computer literate, min. MS office
• Fluent in English oral & written (preferably those with TOEFL score min. 450)
• Having high willingness to learn
• Strong leadership
