RECEPTIONIST ( RCP )

Qualification:

1. Female

2. 20 to 25 Years Old

3. Diploma

4. Computer literate, proficient in Ms. Office (bisa komputer)

5. Guest Service Oriented

6. Good appearance

7. Good Interpersonnal skill

8. Willing to work long hour if needed

9. Good Attitude


URGENTLY REQUIRED :

A. Operator Call Center ( Code : OPC )

1. Male / Female

2. Maximum age 25 years old.

3. High school or equvalent

4. Good command in English language, both written and spoken.

5. Fast typing is a must

6. Computer literate, proficient in MS Office

7. Good communication skill

8. Willing to work under shift schedule

9. Customer service satisfaction oriented

10. Initiative, creative ,dynamic, self & highly motivated,positive attitude & team player.


B. Supervisor Operator Call Center ( Code : SCC )

1. Male / Female

2. Maximum age 30 years old.

3. Bachelor Degree

4. Have excellent leadership

5. Good command in English language, both written and spoken.

6. Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor Call Center

7. Computer literate, proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Words

8. Good communication skill

9. Willing to work under shift schedule

10. Customer service satisfaction oriented

11. Able to handle stress and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.

12. Initiative, creative ,dynamic, self & highly motivated,positive attitude & team player.
