The International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank, has implemented advisory service work in Indonesia since 2002. IFC now operates three donor-funded advisory service programs in Indonesia focusing on sub sector development to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. The IFC has four office locations in Indonesia: Jakarta, Denpasar, Banda Aceh and Makassar.

IFC advisory services in Aceh is looking for an organization that can perform services including project oversight, remuneration management for employees on monthly basis, advance cost of travel and travel expenses for field based staff.

Selection criteria include:

· Ability to provide project oversight in/near the project location in Aceh
· Has capacity and past experience for providing facility such as managing reimbursement and other related issues such as payroll, insurance, income tax, bonuses, travel expense reimbursement, meal allowance, etc.
· Has sufficient monthly budget to perform the remuneration management for staff, proven by bank statement
· Credibility on their services in the industry
· Has excellent track record and relationship with other client organizations
· Familiar and understand the policies, procedures and regulations of the Indonesian Labor Law
