Requirements:
-MBA degree holder and has executive development training from reputable institution.
-Male/Female with age not more than 40 years old
-At least 5 years experience in a senior management /general mgt level from foreign retail operations
-Able to make sound business decisions consistent with Makro Business System and concepts.
-Good understanding of basic food science is an advantage
-People oriented with excellent HBO skills
-Willing to be stationed in all regions of Indonesia
-Required language(s): English.
Responsibilities:Oversee and direct total store operations to ensure attainment of established targets through constant monitoring of sales, customer activity, stock management and all operating and personnel cost expenses.
