HR System Staff (Code: HR-system)(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)
Requirements:
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Degree in Economics / Psychology-Experience min. 2 years in HR area preferable from banking industry
-IT proficiency with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point & Visio) applications
-Excellent knowledge of HR personnel administration, policies & procedures
-Excellent writing skills & able to create & develop HR processes, policies & procedures
-Fluent in both written and spoken English-Fast learner, hard worker and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
Responsible to develop & write HR policies & procedures and handling daily HR personnel administration
