IT Business Continuity Program Manager (BCP MG)

Responsibilities:

* The role of the BCP Manager function throughout the Group is to facilitate the management of
* contigency (including business continuity) by those responsible for the conduct of the
* Group’s business by:
* Creating awareness of the need of BCP
* To put the company in ‘ready position’ whenever there is a disaster happen
* Coordinating all plans in the regions both jakarta regions and nationwide.
* Keep the entire company knowledgeable and involve in continuity planning.
* Setting policies and standards to cover BCP issues as well as ensure all BCP document are kept updated.
* Advising line management of the impact on their business of applicable Rule/Regulations
* Supporting line management in discharging their responsibilities to comply with applicable regulations (e.g. by reviewing new products/activities for compliance implications, advising on systems enhancements, initiating changes to relevant manuals to reflect regulatory requirements, monitoring the businesses for adherence to the Regulations and providing input to audit and training programmes);
* Assisting line management to meet their resposibilitites for complying with applicable regulations and thus :
* Protect the good reputation on the group
* avoid disciplinary action by the regulators and
* avoid civil action by customers (demo the bank due to unavailablity to serve them during disaster).
* Providing, independently of local management, a reporting mechanism for all executives;
* Fostering good relations with the regulators.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Proven experience in directing all phases of Business Continuity program including:
* Project Management
* Business Impact Analysis
* Business Recovery
* Crisis Management
* Minimum of 2 years business process analysis experience with a proven understanding of the operations of one or several industry verticals
* Understanding of network, data backup and applications technologies.
* Experience in quality assurance testing
* Experience in conducting recovery exercises
* Plays as a crucial part in actual disaster scenario.
* Excellent, presentation skills
* Hold one or more relevant certifications(s)
* CBCP/ MBCP
* CISA/ CISSP
* CISM etc
