We are one of the Integrated Logistic & Marine Services Company in Jakarta, are looking for potential candidates for the position of HR Recruitment & Development Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

· S1 from reputable university majoring in Psychology;

· Minimum 3 years working experience in similar area;

· Must be able in Psychological Test and have good interviewing
skills;

· Must have verifiable experience Of Assessments tools
(Personality, Competency, Interest, Leadership, Intellectual & Aptitude);

· All Human Resources related issues;

· Must have excellent employee relations or a pleasant
personality, energetic, proactive, good work integrity to keep the
company needs and objective as priority goal;

· Computer literate in all Microsoft Office Applications;

· Must be able to communicate in both written and spoken
English language;

· Good interpersonal skill, hardworking & high initiative;

· Have a good health and a pleasant appearance
